Sale Smart is software for real-estate professionals that includes contacts, calendar, tasks, marketplace listings, messaging and advertising workflow tools. Sale Smart Pro is an optional paid software subscription that unlocks additional features.
You are responsible for your account credentials and for the content and information you submit to Sale Smart. You must not post misleading listings, impersonate another person or business, or submit content or assets that you do not have the right to use.
If you use Sale Smart's Facebook advertising features, you authorize Sale Smart to use the Facebook Pages, posts, ad accounts and other Meta business assets that you have permission to manage for the purpose of creating, updating, monitoring or reporting on the advertising actions you request.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permissions for every Page, post, image, video, ad account and other advertising asset you connect or ask Sale Smart to use. You must comply with Meta's applicable platform, advertising and community policies.
Sale Smart does not guarantee that Meta will approve, deliver or continue running any ad, and does not guarantee impressions, leads, sales or any other advertising result. Meta may reject, limit, pause or remove advertising independently of Sale Smart.
Facebook advertising budgets are separate from Sale Smart Pro subscription fees. When a Facebook Boost or advertising order is placed, the amount shown for advertising is used only for that advertising workflow and is subject to the payment and launch rules shown in Sale Smart. Sale Smart may pause or decline an advertising request where payment, authorization, policy compliance or required asset access is incomplete.
Sale Smart Pro is billed through Paddle where offered. Paddle acts as the merchant of record for those subscription payments. Subscriptions renew automatically for the selected period until canceled, and applicable prices and taxes are shown at checkout.
Facebook Boost services are separate from the Sale Smart Pro software subscription. Boost payments are handled locally in Ethiopia (bank transfer, Telebirr, CBE receipts) and are never processed through Paddle.
Sale Smart depends on third-party platforms and providers, including Meta, Supabase and Paddle. Their services, availability, policies and technical requirements may change. Sale Smart is not responsible for outages, suspensions, rejected ads, account restrictions or other actions taken independently by those third parties.
We may add, change, suspend or remove features as the product evolves, including features that depend on third-party APIs or policy approval. We aim to give reasonable notice of material changes to paid features when practical.
You may stop using Sale Smart at any time. We may suspend or restrict accounts that abuse the service, violate these terms, create security or fraud risk, misuse connected Meta assets, or violate applicable third-party platform rules.
