Open the Subscription page in Sale Smart and use Manage subscription, or email support@salesmart.app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Sale Smart Pro renews automatically each billing period until canceled. You keep Pro access until the paid period ends.
Your account stays active on the Free plan and your data remains in place. Advanced Pro features stop when the paid period ends.
Facebook Boost services are separate from the Sale Smart Pro software subscription. Boost payments are handled locally in Ethiopia (bank transfer, Telebirr, CBE receipts) and are never processed through Paddle.
